How to Whitelist Emails

To make sure legitimate emails are properly delivered to your inbox, we suggest that you follow the instructions below:

  1. Open an email from the sender that you want to whitelist
  2. Hover over the sender’s name
  3. Select “Add to contacts” to save sender to your Contact list

From your Gmail Inbox list you can hover over the sender’s name then select “Add to contacts” to save sender to your Contact list.

If the email is in your SPAM folder, check the box next to the email and click the “Not Spam” button along the top.

To move senders to your Gmail Primary Tab

  1. Drag the email from your Promotions tab to your Primary tab
  2. Select “Yes” from the pop up asking “Do this for future messages from [sender’s email address]?”

  1. Open an email from the sender that you want to whitelist.
  2. Click on the sender’s email address
  3. Click “…”
  4. Choose “Add to contacts”
  5. Add additional information if needed
  6. Click “Save” to finish

From your Yahoo Inbox list you can right click the sender’s email address then select “Add Sender to Contacts” link.

From you Spam folder right-click on the sender’s message and select “Not Spam”.

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Right click “Click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy, Outlook prevented automatic download of some pictures in this message.” in the email heading
  3. Click “Add Sender to Safe Senders List”

To add email address to Safe Senders List with Never Block Sender function:

  1. Open your Junk E-mail folder and right click on the message you want to unblock
  2. Select “Junk”
  3. Select “Never Block Sender” (or if a unique company domain) “Never Block Sender’s Domain”
  4. A prompt box will pop out to remind you that the selected address has been added to the Safe Senders List
  5. Click the “OK” button

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Click on the sender’s email address
  3. Click “Add”
  4. Add additional information if needed
  5. Click “Save” to finish

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Click on the sender’s email address
  3. Click “Add to Contacts”

  1. Click Contacts in the left toolbar
  2. Click “New Contact”
  3. Add contacts information
  4. Click on “Add Contact” to save

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Right click “Always load remote content from [sender’s email address]”
  3. The New Contact box will pop up
  4. Add additional information if needed
  5. Click “OK” to finish
